The Jesus Lens #16 – How It All Got Started

The sixteenth audio in our new series about the wonder of Scripture and how to read and interpret it through the revelation of Jesus. The Jesus Lens #16: How It All Got Started – Genesis and Job begin the Old Testament story, one with the origins of the creation, its downfall and how God begins to make himself known to people in darkness, and the other as a counterpoint to the mistaken idea that we deserve our sufferings. 1. Thanks, Erkki. I’m glad it has been helpful to you. Yes, we are working on a book from these sessions for people who prefer it that way. It will also allow us to get some more information in there and will be helpful. But that will take some time, unfortunately.

  3. dear wayne, thanks for all these podcasts, they are pretty exciting. and i keep getting buzzed by little things you say. for example the story of abraham going to sacrifice his son, has buzzed me even since i heard it in the transition series, the way you see it makes more sense than the way i have always understood it. i was wondering if there was any other resource exploring this truth. thanks again for spending so much of your time and effort into making this available to us.
