Helping in Kenya - Wayne just returned from Kenya and we have some fresh opportunities to help widows and orphans in this violence-ravaged land, and to help spread the gospel there. If you'd like to help us help them, please see our new Sharing With the World Page.
The March 2010 issue of BodyLife has just been posted. The lead article is titled “How Do I… ?” and helps people think differently about trying to find a strategy for growth, fellowship, or growing their ministry. Whenever we are frustrated that God is not opening doors for us it might be a sign that we’re focused on the wrong doors. The kingdom grows in our heart through the organic reality of living loved and following him, not by finding the right strategy. You’ll also find the incredible letters we get from many of our readers who are also on some amazing journeys, as well as some new announcements of things going on around Lifestream
JUST POSTED: Wayne and Sara's recent sharing at a marriage retreat in Pennsylvania at the end of January has just been added as a free download from our Audio Library. Look for "Living Loved in Marriage." Unfortunately there are some technical glitches in the audio, but you can at least follow what was shared.
Wayne will be in Kenya meeting with a group of churches from throughout Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda from February 14 to March 3. Please pray as you might be led.
FREE: Two new audio recordings from my time in South Africa, answering some of the key questions I'm asked after people listen to Transitions or read HE LOVES ME have been uploaded to our Audio Page and included at the end of the Transition series. I hope these will help people better understand the essence of the Gospel and an incarnational approach to Scripture that climaxes in God's revelation in the Son—The Word Made Flesh!
A new video conversation with Wayne, recorded in Indiana this spring, is now available. You can view the video on-line here.
We’re back and the office will be open again tomorrow morning. Again we apologize for an inconvenience our vacation caused you. It will take us some time to catch up from our break. And Wayne leaves for Tulsa on Thursday, so please by be patient with us.
Lifestream Offices Closed: May 25 - June 7.
Sara and I are getting away for a much-anticipated vacation with my daughter and her family. We have been looking forward to this time of rest and refreshing. Unfortunately, since we are the only two people who keep things going around here, we will be closing our office for the next two weeks. We will have someone process orders every few days during that time, so your order may get delayed somewhat. Also, we will not be keeping up with phone calls and emails during that time. If you can possibly wait to get hold of us until after June 8, we would appreciate you waiting until then. I don't plan on updating the blog during this time unless something major arises. I am sorry for any inconvenience this causes for the many people who frequent this site, but we are long due for some time off. Thank you for your patience and consideration for our family during this brief break.
A new BodyLife has just been posted.

We are excited to release new audio versions of He Loves Me and So You Don't Want to Go To Church Anymore produced by Oasis Audio with new packaging. He Loves Me also includes new material found in the Second Edition. At the same time we regret to announce that we have run out of Tales of the Vine and will not be reprinting that book. We will be repackaging that material in 2009 or 2010 as a daily devotional. Watch for details here.
We have added two more chapters to the Russian translation of He Loves Me. Now we're up through chapter 10.
